Join the Tungsten West Limited (TWL) team working on the mine re-start. Be an integral part of the team throughout the feasibility study, project re-build, commissioning/ramp-up and into production.
Key in this role is the requirement to:

Liaise with the broader TWL team and other relevant departments as required
Assist the Tungsten West team with other relevant work as required
More specifically the role will involve:
Reporting to the Head of IT & Data
Self-starter; Work in isolation and in collaboration with others
Full-time, mixed onsite and remote (covid-safe environment)
Develop & maintain a data model for the entire organisation
Provide insights / build KPI reports / foster continuous improvement
Develop & maintain process models for key business processes
Support ISO accreditation, process mining
Develop & maintain systems & solutions
Support software selection, implementation & maintenance
Leverage technology & data to support the business
Active engagement and support of the business & technical teams
Cross-functional approach – i.e. Plant Maintenance, Mining, Metallurgical Accounting, Environment, Health & Safety, Contractor Management, HR, Procurement, Finance
Digitisation of [paper] forms & processes (create a digital asset)
Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Stakeholder management
Working in a multi-vendor & sub-contractor environment
Liaise – and build relationships – with the Tungsten West team and other relevant departments as required
Assist the Tungsten West team with other relevant work as required
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following areas:
Previous, demonstrable, experience in a similar role
Experience in an SME environment
Professional & articulate manner
Familiarity with SAAS (cloud-first)
Proficient on Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable additional experience:
Mining or Quarry experience
Process Mining
Data lake tools or similar
Reporting tools (Power BI or similar)
We are seeking candidates eligible to work in the UK, with a relevant degree or qualifications and a UK (or equivalent) car driving licence. The successful candidate will be happy working in a dynamic, hardworking environment and integrating with and assisting the broader project team. Candidates should be computer literate, physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all weather. Previous experience working in the mining industry is highly desirable.
